What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Most of our products comes with free shipping, however, some of the products may incur a delivery charges if they are being delivered from our European warehouse or other then our mail warehouse. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Credit cared and debit card payments, we also offer a facility to pay via PayPal and ApplePay. If you want quick delivery then our preferred payment is via bank transfer. 

How long will delivery take?

We aim to ship the goods same day if ordered by 12:00noon for Next Business Day Delivery on most items. Our Average delivery lead time is 3-5 working days for no stock items. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We offer a safe and secure shopping experience and our payments are done only via regulated providers. We secure our customer data and is only used internally. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation once order is placed. Our sales team will process the order and will confirm the delivery date by phone or email. If order received before 12:00noon we aim to ship the good on same day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an electronic invoice on the email provided.If you need any changes on the Invoice then you can request by calling us or via email.
